Looking Forward

As the US adhering body to URSI, the USFRS Directors will continue the tradition of appointing USNC-URSI members and officers for each triennium and the USNC-URSI will continue to organize the annual NRSMs. USFRS is now responsible for appointing a delegation to the triennial URSI General Assembly and Scientific Symposium (GASS), which is URSI's primary Flagship meeting.

USFRS is currently working with IEEE AP-S leadership to develop a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that will renew and reinvigorate the partnership between our scientific organizations that has jointly sponsored the annual AP-S/URSI summer meetings for many decades, as well as for the NRSMs. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationships with URSI and IEEE AP-S!
